SEGURO DE ROBO DE BICICLETA / BIKE ROBBERY INSURANCE

(ES) Este seguro cubre el valor de la franquicia en caso de robo de la bicicleta mecánica y la mitad del valor de la franquicia en caso de robo de bicicleta eléctrica.

La Prima del Seguro de Robo, por bicicleta, es de 3 €/día para bicicleta mecánica y 5€/día para bicicletas eléctricas. El número de días asegurados debe ser el mismo que el número de días que figuran en el contrato de alquiler 

IMPORTANTE: Este Seguro de Robo quedaría anulado en caso de:

  • Culpa o negligencia del cliente por un mal uso en la sujeción de las bicicletas (uso del candado en Condiciones particulares del servicio).
  • No presentar en la recepción del hotel o al personal de Myrentgo la llave original del candado y el candado manipulado.
En estos casos, se considerará al cliente responsable del robo y deberá abonar el importe de la franquicia reflejada en Condiciones particulares del servicio que asciende a 200€ por bicicleta mecánica, 500€ por bicicleta eléctrica y 800€ por bicicleta eléctrica premium.

Queda excluido de este seguro cualquier complemento adicional al alquiler de la bici.

 

(EN) This insurance covers the value of the excess in the event of theft of the mechanical bicycle and half of the value of the excess in the event of theft of the electric bicycle. 

The price of the theft Insurance is €3/day per bike for mechanical bicycles and 5€/day per bike for electric bicycles. The number of insured days must match the number of days stated in the rental contract.

IMPORTANT: This Theft Insurance will be void in the following cases:

  • Fault or negligence by the customer due to improper securing of the bicycles (use of the lock under the Specific service conditions).
  • Failure to present the original key to the padlock and tampered padlock to the hotel reception or to Myrentgo staff. .

In these cases, the customer will be considered responsible for the theft and must pay the deductible amount stated in the Specific services conditions amounting to €200 for mechanical bicycles, €500 for electric bicycles and €800 for premium electric bicycles. 

Any accessories added to the bike rental are excluded from this insurance.
