(ES) Este seguro cubre al cliente en caso de robo de la bicicleta. 

La Prima del Seguro de Robo, por bici, es de 3 €/día. El número de días asegurados debe ser el mismo que el número de días que figuran en el contrato de alquiler 

IMPORTANTE: Este Seguro de Robo quedaría anulado en caso de:

• Culpa o negligencia del cliente por un mal uso en la sujeción de las bicicletas (uso del candado en Condiciones particulares del servicio
• No presentar en la recepción del hotel o al personal de Myrentgo la llave original del candado.

En estos casos, se considerará al cliente responsable del robo y deberá abonar el importe de la franquicia reflejada en Condiciones particulares del servicio que asciende a de 150€ por bicicleta mecánica y 500€ por bicicleta eléctrica.

Queda excluido de este seguro cualquier complemento adicional al alquiler de la bici.

(EN) This insurance covers the customer in case of bicycle theft.

The price of the theft Insurance is €3/day per bike. The number of insured days must match the number of days stated in the rental contract.

IMPORTANT: This Theft Insurance will be void in the following cases:

• Fault or negligence by the customer due to improper securing of the bicycles (use of the lock under the Specific service conditions).
• Failure to present the original lock key at the hotel reception or to Myrentgo staff.

In these cases, the customer will be considered responsible for the theft and must pay the deductible amount stated in the Specific services conditions amounting to €150 for a mechanical bicycle and €500 for an electric bicycle. 

Any accessories added to the bike rental are excluded from this insurance.
